Hi everybody

I want build C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_01_18\examples\cc2650em\simple_peripheral project with CCS7

The build is OK but when I load in CC2650EM - 7ID connected on Smartrf06 Evaluation Board the download is OK but the execution is not OK (Not Advertising, Not display... Nothing)

If I load C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_01_18\examples\hex\cc2650em_simple_peripheral_rel.hex it's OK (there is Advertising and Display is OK "BLE Peripheral 0xB0B448EE2104 Advertising"

Nicolas,

You need to make sure that you have a the correct version of the TI ARM compiler installed with CCS. (BTW, CCS 6.2 is was what tested with BLE-Stack 2.2.1). The Software Developer's Guide has instructions on how to install the correct ARM compiler.

Hi Nicolas,

That yellow warning icon means the recommended compiler version (5.2.6) is not installed so it will be using 16.9.0 LTS instead. You should try again using the recommended compiler. You can get a different version of the compiler by following the steps in the TI Software Developer's Guide Section 2.6.3.2 Installing a Specific TI ARM Compiler.

I will try uninstall CCS7 and install CC6.2 and i will inform you to result

Hi Nicolas,

If you continue to have issues, can you verify that you are building and flashing both the stack and the app projects?

I have uninstall CCSv7 and install CCSV6.2

i have reinstall Stack ble_sdk_2_02_01_18

but I compile Stack OK

but app is error

I think there is something wrong with your TI compiler. I suggest you to follow steps in e2e.ti.com/.../1958452 to install TI compile v5.2.6 to test again.

when I try download i find Arm compiler 5.2.6 but when I install, there is an error

I think that my antivirus or proxy is problem but i have not solution because is my Compagny PC

I have try with CCS7 I have problem when compile with xdctools_3_32_01_22_core, it's compile but the target doen't work and with xdctools_3_32_00_06_core the compile is not OK.
With CCS6.2 i have error
