Compiler/LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: Removing DISABLE_GREENPOWER_BASIC_PROXY compile error

I want to setup a green power on the LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1.

Therefore I removed 'DISABLE_GREENPOWER_BASIC_PROXY' from the predefined symbols.

However after doing this I end up with a compile error (see attachment)

How can I solve this?

Koen,

Green Power Proxying is an application feature but the Green Power stub is a stack feature, since the ZNP is a stack it supports the stub but not the proxy. Therefore this GP implementation would have to be implemented by your host software using GP commands over MT. You may be able to reference the SENSOR-TO-CLOUD Zigbee Gateway solution but not much development has been performed for this specific application.

Thanks for the answer.

The thing I'm trying accomplish is to commission a Green Power device (e.g. Philips Hue Tap switch) into the Zigbee network using the CC26X2R1 ZNP so that I can receive messages from it. However it is unclear if and how this can be accomplished (currently nothing is send by the ZNP when the GDP sends commission frames). I also couldn't find any documentation on how to do this.

Is this possible?

Hi Koen,

You would have to commission as a Green Power Sink, this is also on the application layer. Thanks, I will check if I can use another way to accomplish this (I've got some results when using a configuring the Hue bulb as a proxy).
