hoi

is it possible to compile/run the RF4CE RCN application in remoti on a different channel than the RF4CE defined channel?

I need to integrate with a STB which is operating on channel 11 (instead of 15, 20 or 25) and I do not find a way to discover this stb on channel 11...

Is there any suggestion how this could be achieved?

Hi Christophe,

It is not possible to configure the RemoTI stack to operate outside of the pre-determined frequency agility feature on channels 15, 20, and 25 as this is integral to RF4CE protocol. This is specification is further explained in the following resources:

If the STB is operating on channel 11 then it is likely not using the formal RF4CE standard.
