Seems like you specified the callback in SysConfig but never actually in code? The ti_drivers_config.c will try to find the defined callback which means you need to either write it yourself or pull in the SDK default found in the <SDK>\source\ti\boards\CC1352P1_LAUNCHXL\CC1352P1_LAUNCHXL_RF.c (note that I linked to the CC1352P device here but the idea behind the callback is the same).

Not sure why you feel you can't fit the truth table above into the example provided above? It is true that it is for another switch but the logic is still just flipping GPIOs. You are free to define and use any GPIOs you like for this and change the callback as needed. 

In your case even, it would be enough to route out the PA and LNA enable signals from the radio as it seems you only have two states anyway:

There should be no need for you to concern yourself with the RF driver callback for controlling the switch. Based on the truth table above, you only need to distinguish between TX and RX which means you can use the LNA and PA signals directly. The more complex switches that requires additional logic, you would potentially require the RF Driver callback.

The link I gave you is to the Proprietary User's guide, the RF Core section covers how to route out the LNA and PA enable signals to GPIOs.
