  • RE: With a 2-bits, 500Msps ADC, I found that the amplitude of the second harmonic is bigger than the amplitude of the fundamental by analysizing the FFT result of samping data. Why?

    u4, What is the ADC you are using? TI does not have any 2-bit ADCs, the fewest number of bits at 500Mbps is 7-bits. You can use the ADC harmonic calculator to determine the Harmonic content: www.ti.com/tool/ADC-HARMONIC-CALC . ~Leonard
