I did a quick parametric search that resulted in 10 devices
I would recommend the ADC122S021 , this is a 12 bit device, but with oversampling you can get a 14 bit resolution if necessary.
There is also the ADS7280 which is 14 bits.

It doesn't seem like we have any 4 input channel device that has such large pad spacing. This 1 channel part, ADC121S021 , has a spacing of 0.45mm. There is also this 2 channel part, ADC122S021 .
