Both the ADS42LB69 and ADS42JB69 have an analog input bandwidth of ~ 400MHz. Therefore they will not be useful for your input frequency of 1090 MHz requirement. I recommend the ADC16V130 which has analog input bandwidth of 1.4 GHz.
