Yes, most of our ADCs are suited for AC and DC coupling applications. Yes, wider input bandwidth does support higher IF applications like SDR, but can also be used for applications that don't required high input bandwidth.

The ADC3224 is a dual 12-bit, 125MSPS, low power ADC that is suitable. You can power down one channel if needed. You can clock the device with the LMX2581 synthesizer or with a more narrow LMK clocking device that you can find on TI.com. --RJH
