I separate digital power supply and analog power supply for this ADC IC.
So, for oscillator, which power supply should be connected, digital or analog?

In datasheet, the dc accuracy is in below table.
So if using this adc3422 to measure 2V input voltage.
the worst case error will be , 25mV offset and 2%FS = 40mV
so total error will be 25mv+40mV = 65mV.
