The ADC3442EVM has a SW GUI which you can control the ADC features only.
There is a separate SW program you can download that captures and processes the FFT. This is HSDCPro....see link.

The ADC344x comes in different speed grades - ADC3441 (25MSPS), ADC3442 (50MSPS), ADC3443 (80MSPS), ADC3444(125MSPS). The users guide uses the 125MSPS as an example. The max speed of the ADC3442 is 50MSPS.

As Rob mentioned, please use the spec listed in the device's datasheet. The ADC3442 is a 50MSPS device and the maximum output data rate achievable will be 50MSPS.
