  Hi Sourav, 1) Yes, it is always MSB aligned. Looks like this hasn't been updated yet, but below is an exerpt from the ADC3664-SP datasheet which makes this a bit easier to understand. You can see in 2-wire mode, it is MSB aligned for all resolutions…
