    It is an improved version of ADC3683 from which we hope to get better linearity. Since TI is the manufacturer in both cases, it is upto us to suggest the best ADC driver. Our current driver circuits closely resemble the ones suggested for ADC3683

    Thanks LI, The temperature range of the ADC is covered in the datasheet, so all the specification numbers would include over PVT or process, voltage and temp. So, if you feel you need more ENOB, then you may need to look at another part, like 16 or 18bits…

    Lukas, Please find python script attached. adc36xx_CDC.zip 585MHz should be possible if the CDCE can be configured for it. The 1170MHz will not work due to the output drivers of the ADC3683 being limited to 1Gbps. Regards, Chase
