Dear Technical Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding the Figure 9-6 (Gain Error vs. Temperature) graph in the ADS131B02 datasheet, as shown in section 9.2.3.
Could you please provide the mathematical equation…
Part Number: ADS131B02-Q1 Tool/software: Hi expert,
I need the TCR formula that represents the temperature coefficient. Please provide it in the form of a polynomial modeling the resistance change with temperature variation.
Part Number: ADS131B02-Q1 Hi expert,
Could you pls help to check if one of the AIN0P or AIN0N must be grounded? When customer use the ADC as a differential signal input as shown in the figure(left) below, we can found that the error will be bigger, can…
Part Number: ADS131B02-Q1 Hi expert,
Could you pls help me to confirm whether the ADS131B02 can support one channel for differential input and one for single-ended input?
Thanks a lot.
Part Number: ADS131B02-Q1 Hello support team,
My customer ask the ADS131B02 usage. Due to their MCU issue, the default IO logic setting is low after power up. After MCU power up fully, if MCU set /CS and /SYNC/RESET high and set these pin low again when…

Hello Joachim-san,
Thank you very much for your quick reply.
The results in the excel sheet were with global-chop mode disabled. I thought the offset value I got aligned with the global-chop mode disabled, so I asked my customer to check the offset again…
Part Number: ADS130B02-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS131B02-Q1 , ADS131M02 My Customer will use ADS130B02-Q1 and can't find driver source code in TI website, Could you pls help support? Thanks.
Hi Godziller,
unfortunately the input impedance of ADS131M02 does not increase when operating in global-chop mode, as it does in ADS131B02-Q1.
