RE: AFE7225: marine VHF wireless transceiver application

Art: The DAC samples up to 250 MSPS. 1st Nyquist zone is up to 125 MSPS. It would be tricky to transmit at 156-162 MHz within the second Nyquist zone, but possible with a reduction in output power due to SINC roll-off. The ADC samples up to 125 MSPS...

RE: ADS4249: What is the VOCM pin input voltage range?

JuMar, The Vcm range is .95V +/- .05V. You should not apply any voltage to this pin as the Vcm is output only because the .95V is generated internally within the device. Yusuf

RE: ADS4249: Turn off one of the channels

JuMar, The only thing you can do is disable the output buffer to the unused channel. To do this, write a 0x01 to address 0x41 for CHB and 0x02 to the same address for CHA. This will save you about 10mA of power. Regards, Jim

    ADS4249: Suitable frequency range

    TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number: ADS4249 Is this high speed ADC suitable for low frequency applications, or will there be any undesirable effects, for example when sampling signals <6MHz? In Either case, what is the lower limit the ADC is suitable for? I can see its...
