I am sorry to say that we do not have SPICE model for ADS42B49.
You can try using SPICE model of other data converters from all the available SPICE model through below link.

This is a typo in the data sheet. It should say "High-Performance Mode enabled". When this mode is enabled, it increase the input buffer current, optimizes the buffer’s common mode voltage and sample timing inside the device.
