The setup I sent you allows you to capture data from J8, which is the default configuration for this board. To capture data on J1 and J2, you will need to remove RN5-RN12, then install U12, U13, and RN1-RN4.

I would recommend to do the following on Channel A:
Replace C11 = 0.1uF with 0ohms
Remove T1, and short with 0ohms across pins 4 &3 and 6 & 1 of T1
Make R119, R123, R141 and R143 as DNI
Install with 0 ohms for R120…
