Part Number: TSW14J50EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS52J90EVM Kind regards to all.
For evaluation purposes we acquired an ADS52J90EVM Board, and, due to unavailability of TWS14J56 or TWS14J57, a TWS14J50.
Are the 2 board compatible. Are any way…
Hi Aidin,
Per se, this will not lead to any functionality issues if you don't access these two signals. These two signals are for synchronizing the ADC and LMK chip by resetting their clock dividers.

Hi Bhaaeddin,
While applying the input, make sure you keep the common mode to be around 0.8V.
In my measurements, for 0.8V differential dc signaI, I have applied INP - 1.2V and INM - 0.4V such that input is INP-INM = 0.8V and common mode voltage = (INP…
Part Number: ADS52J90EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS52J90 Hello, I am currently testing the ADS52J90 EVM with a TSW1400 HSDC module. The ADS52J90 has many different operating modes, and I am trying to test the 10-bit, 100MSPS (96MSPS specifically…
Hi Bhaaeddin,
I checked it with my team and looked at the schematic as well.
In summary, there is no issue in terms of operating the boards in the range of temperature you mentioned. But, the data capture will definitely not work at such extreme temperatures…
