My customer wants to use the device ADS58H43 with 138.24MSPS, but the datasheet says the min sample clock is 184MSPS. So can we use it for 137.24MSPS?

the ADS4449 is very well suited for base band sampling applications. ADS58H40 and ADS58H43 are similar, but employ an SNRBoost architecture that provides SNR enhancement in a burst mode operation.
