What if DVDD is in over the recommended max of 3.6V (but under 3.9V), is there any specific concern to be worse any performance steeply? (AVDD and DVDD are divided and AVDD is within 3.6V.)

The ADS7049-Q1 includes an IBIS model in the "Tools & Software" tab. The digital interface is very similar between the ADS7029-Q1 and ADS7049-Q1 devices and the IBIS model can be used for the ADS7029-Q1.
