Part Number: ADS8513 In the datasheet, it says "Figure 50 shows a simple interface between the ADS8513 and any QSPI-equipped microcontroller". Can I use SPI instead of QSPI?"
Part Number: ADS8513 Tool/software: Hi team,
The datasheet specifies the use of tantalum capacitor for CAP, REF and Vs pin.
Is there any concern(e.g. ESR) to use ceramic capacitor for these pins?

Hi Duo,
welcome to E2E forum.
Can you please check and show the conversion code for other input voltage (0~+10V and -10V~0V)?
One possible reason is, the code you got was shifted to the lowest bit for one bit. What's your CPOL and CPHA for SPI?…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS8513 , ADS8681 Hi Team, The Table 3(output codes) shows the input ranges of ±10V and 0.5V to 4.5V. If input range is 0V to 10V, is DIGITAL OUTPUT(hex code) the following? ---------------------------------- LSB: 152uV…
