From the above image shown, looks like you are capturing very large number of samples. We recommend you to capture data in continues capture mode.
Please note that this is because of the limitation in the Firmware .

The AFE4400SPO2EVM is shipped with the finger clip pulse ox sensor cable.
Unfortunately it is not possible to get the AFE4400SPO2EVM with the 2 sensor boards (from OSRAM and NJR).
