  Hello, Welcome to TI e2e forum! Please refer to the AFE4410EVM user guide section 3.3.1 to disable driver signature enforcement and section 3.3.2 to install unsigned driver on Windows 10 machine.

  Hi Peter, Can you please remove R70 and R47 before probing PROG_OUT1 and SDOUT. Also for SDOUT you have to put the EVM in I2C mode. Regards, Prabin
