The AFE5804 will work with the TSW1400 and this is a better choice than the TSW1250. If you have not purchased a capture card yet, please go with the TSW1400.
If you already have a TSW1250, however, that will also work.

I know that you've already decided on the AFE5809, however I'll mention that this is a much higher performance device than the AFE5804. If cost is not a concern with the device, go with the AFE5809.

I do not know much about the AFE5818, but no ADC is perfect and every capture will be slightly different due to the lower bits of the ADC toggling.
