You are right, TR ENABLE and TGC_Prof is not supported on AFE5816EVM. But they are supported on AFE58JD16EVM. You can request for access of this board here https://www.ti.com/tool/AFE58JD16EVM

It is not straight forward to switch to JESD interface with the AFE5816EVM.
We recommend that you get the AFE58JD16EVM if you would like to use JESD interface.
Also TSW1400EVM does not support JESD204B interface. You will need the FPGA…
