Thank you for the patience. The correct setting should be sysParams.txDataMux = [6,7,0,1,4,5,2,3]. I have tried this and was able to see the correct output out of both TX channels.

Your interpretation is correct, the diagram in Latte should have it such that it goes from the ADC to the mixing stage and then to the decimation factor to match the diagram from the configuration guide.
