    Hello Fukuda, Could you lower the DIRx pull-up resistor to 10k and see if this solves the issue? We have evaluation modules for this part ( AVCLVCDIRCNTRL-EVM ). You can use them as a reference or to test your configuration Regards, Josh

    Hirotaka san, I would suggest to consider the SN74LVC8T245 which is better in terms of the operating spec as compared to SN74LVCC3245A. both are P2P replaceble and can be evaluated using the generic AVCLVCDIRCNTRL-EVM
