Part Number: BQ2205LY Good afternoon.
Without a battery at BCP, i have a few BQ2205LY that keep the RST pin low after power-up.
Vout starts rising but it remains at 1V (aprox.).
With the board without power, we place the battery.
On the first power…
Part Number: BQ2205LY Is the /RST output supposedly connected to the Reset input of a microcontroller?
We are handing external battery backed SRAM and experienced memory loss during power cycling. We are not using the /RST output since on datasheet is…
Part Number: BQ2205LY Hi Team, I have an easy question about the function RST pin 16 BQ2205, this function is Input or Output? In the datasheet on Page 1 in the scheme is Input for push botton, and in pag 2 is declared as RST low-level input voltage, VIL…
Part Number: BQ2205LY Dear, support team. Even if VCC powers up, RST will remain at LO. The condition is that when the VCC is OFF, the BCP backup battery is 3 V → 0 V → 3 V. After that, power up VCC. With BCP backup battery voltage fixed at 3 V…
Part Number: BQ2205LY Hello.
Please show me the internal circuit of the device.
If disclosure is impossible, please answer me like that.

Part Number: BQ2205LY Hello.
Please let me know the drive capability (IoL) of 16-pin (\RST).
From the "TEST CONDITIONS" of "\RST output voltage" on page-3 of SLUS581, I think it is at least 1mA or more.
