    Part Number: BQ24035 The IC BQ24035 is powered by AC adapter of 5V, but the OUT (pin 15,16,17) is same voltage with input voltage. Seems it is internal Q2 is closed so that the charger IC cannot charge the battery. Please give me the suggestion.
