Part Number: BQ24050 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24040
Hi everyone, as you can see from my picture i configured a bq24050 circuit for my battery ( in the picture you can read the battery specifications). I charge my battery with my source voltage…
Part Number: BQ24050 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22914 Dear Support,
I need some suggestion here from system design level, if I use a Battery charge, for example, BQ24050, to charge a lipo battery to 3.7V and use a step-down switching regulator…
Part Number: BQ24052 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24050 , , BQ25170 , BQ25171-Q1 , BQ24040 Specs would be single cell, 1A charge current, li-polymer chemistry, linear topology, also needs 5V Vin capability from USB port.
Also what's the difference…
Part Number: BQ24050 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25713 , BQ25883 , BQ25700 Hi,
I am planning to use this IC in the design. I'm looking for charging li-ion battery with USB C only. For the design fast charge needs to be implemented. AT preset with…
Part Number: BQ24050 Hi,
Please let me ask the D+/D- detection result at BC1.2 port. Please give your comment for following result that I'm expecting.
SDP : 100mA input current limit setting
CDP : 100mA input current limit setting?
DCP : Charger…
Hi Jeff
Maybe BQ24050 could be an option. I think it has ITERM down to 2 mA. I would lose I2C. Even BQ25629 with 5 mA of ITERM sounds better than the 40 mA of BQ25792.
Looking at BQ24050 datasheet, it seemed to me that if I use 40 mA as current of fast…
Part Number: BQ24050 Hello there,
In the device I am developing, a side feature could be that it would be possible to charge it from USB C.
The USB C source can give from 5 to 20 V so our device (sink) has to be able to utilize it. Apart from the USB…
Part Number: BQ24050 Hello community,
Please suggest any course/seminars to get to know best practices followed get head start for low power supply design and less footprint
Thanks in advance
Best Regards
Part Number: BQ24050 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24040 Hi Support,
For BQ24050, when connected to a USB port or a DC adapter, it seems like it still requires an external host to generate signal to trigger the ISET2 to switch to a different charging…
Part Number: BQ24050 Hello, If you look at the bq24050 datasheet, the title says it is a 1A charger. However, if you look at section 8.2.1 or, the electrical specs, it shows only 800mA charging rate. <images copied below> Could you please commend on…
