Part Number: BQ24040 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24093 , BQ24091 Hi,
I want to use BQ24040 to charge a Li-Polymer battery that has a 100K NTC temperature protection resistor. and the temperature protection follow JEITA. Do have any reference…
Part Number: BQ24093 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24091 The bq24091/3 are designed to work with a 100k NTC. (100k NTC β = 3370)
I'd like to know what condition β = 3370 is under, it's not clear in the specs. Can you confirm that for me?
Part Number: TPS62742 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24091 Dear team,
Customer find tps62742 seems latch-up when going on ESD test. Please refer to attached schematic.

Part Number: BQ24090 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24091 , BQ25887 , BQ24093 Hi,
We have used 1000's of BQ24090 without issue. On older PCBs, the device marking is 77 TI 24090. On the newer devices, it is 85 TI 24090.
With a large build of new…
Part Number: BQ24090 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24091 I saw the op temperature of BQ24090 and BQ24091 is different in the datasheet.
BQ24090 0-125°C
BQ24091 -40-150°C
But I can not find other explain about this difference.
Can you help…
No, I cannot suggest a PMIC with NUC972 specific voltage/sequencing requirements and built-in battery charger.
Built in battery chargers in PMICs are not very common.
The TPS65023 is a hardware-configurable PMIC: the voltages are set by resistor…
Yes the BQ24092 does conform to Jeita. If you read page 22 of the datasheet you will see the following excerpt:
"The bq2409x family contains an NTC monitoring function. The TS function for bq24090, bq24091 and bq24095 follow the classic temperature…
An NTC value of 10k ohms should work for the BQ24090, BQ24092 and BQ24095. Package marking 24090, 24092 and 24095.
But the BQ24091 and BQ24093 will require an NTC value of 100k ohms. Package marking 24091 and 24093.
Have you checked the board to verify…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24091 I want to test the BQ24091 evm and was wondering if there was a way to simulate charge/discharge characteristics ? For example, is there a tool on webench?
I know TI has the TINA software and I want to know if…
