Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24100 Hi
I'm using bq24100 to charge a li-ion battery. RSNS=0.05, RISET1=10K, RISET2=10K. According to the datasheet, the fast charging curent is 2A. Then a strange problem is: the charge led is flashing at the…
Part Number: BQ2057W Hi,
we need to charge the battery in the attached PDF. Considering the voltage and charging voltage/current required/allowed is the BQ2057W suitable?
For a separate application where the budget is not so restricted we are considering…
Hello Patrick,
Please take a look at the BQ24100. It is a standalone switching charger with 2A charge current and 16V max input voltage along with 2 STAT pins.
Hello
The BQ2057 is a linear charger and efficiency will be low at higher currents and voltage. Would you be will to look at a switching charger such as the BQ24100 or from the BQ241XX family of devices?
Take a look at the BQ24100 family of devices, input voltage rating is 20V and they will support single cell.
