The only difference between bq24103 and bq24123 is the enhanced EMI performance on bq24123.
bq24113 is host controlled to enable charge by CMODE pin. However, the battery regulation voltage can be only chosen from 4.2V and 8.4V. It is not adjustable. …
Please refer to the table on page 4 for device options. The datasheet includes bq2410x and bq24113 /115. The bq24105 and bq24115 can be configured to 3-cell charging.
Battery detection has to take some time. If the battery detection time is not acceptable, please try host-controlled architecture shown in Fig.4 on p8 of the bq2410x datasheet using bq24113/bq24113A.
Thanks.

Hello,
I am sorry if this question seems basic since I am just getting started on this. I am trying to build a circuit to charge a 1300 mAh 7.4V 2cell LiPo battery. I was wondering…

We plan to use bq24125 to charge 1 cell Li-on battery from 5V(64%-84% duty) but we concern thermal so is there any solution from TI to do such application?

The Knowledge Base will no longer be supported by TI. I suggest that when there is a discrepancy between the datasheet and any other documentation, that the datasheet recommendations be followed. If the bq24105 output filter LC resonance goes above 32kHz…
