Part Number: BQ24192 Hi TI Team,
We are using BQ24192 charger chip in our custom design.
When our system is drawing 2.5A constant current and if we remove the external input, the system draws 2.5A current from fully charged battery.
At that time, We are…
Part Number: BQ24192 Hello Team,
We have used the BQ24192 in our product.
Currently, we are doing the PTCRB test where we are failing the TIS test. We are suspecting that the battery charger might be a culprit here.
I have measured the switching frequency…

Part Number: BQ24192 Hi TI Team,
We are using BQ24192 charger chip on our custom board.
Test scenario: Measured VSYS voltage without connecting battery.
Processors are being powered by the VSYS rail with intermediate circuitry in between.
Whenever the…
Part Number: BQ24192 Hi Sir,
may i learn from you
if the battery voltage discharge to 2.75v~2.7v, and the adapter is not plugged in, so will BQ24192 enter protection?
when the battery reaches 2.75v, the adapter can not be charge the first time it is inserted…
Part Number: BQ24192 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25792 Hi TI Team,
We are using BQ24192 charger chip on our custom board.
While doing inhouse EMI scan, we found that we are getting high radiation peaks on the charger chip switching frequency itself…
Hi Bill,
we use bq24192, without I, together with bq27531G1. If i use bq24192 alone everything works fine. I have the problem when the charger is controlled by the gasgauge.

Part Number: BQ24192 Hi Ning,
I have tricky questions on this Watchdog functionality.
1. We are successfully able to run the charging cycle by Host and for that, we are using the Watchdog Timer disable functionality and we are selecting the Charging current…
Part Number: BQ24192
we have used battery charger BQ24192 and fuel gauge BQ27542.
This design is verified with the Lithium Polumer Battery of 3.7V Nominal, 4.2V Max - 12000mAH battery with 2A charging current.
Now we want to change the battery with…
