In the page 30 of bq24250c's datasheet, Register #3 B[1:0] is described the EN1/EN0 pin status.
But, bq24250c does not have the EN0 pin. bq24250c just has EN2 pin instead of EN0.

Unlike our other chargers, this charger's TS function can be disabled if you take V(TS) above the disable threshold below:
If you do not want that functionality, check out the BQ24250C.
