    Part Number: BQ24261M Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24262 , BQ24261 , BQ24260 , , BQ25600 The datasheet says that BQ24260 and BQ24261 are NRND (it covers BQ24262 and BQ24261M as well). The product pages say that all are NRND. Which is correct?

    What is the sequence in which you apply power to the bq24260 (either at VIN or VBAT) and attach your SDA/SCL lines? The bq24260 SDA/SCL pins are sensitive to spikes at hot plug. So, I suggest attaching the SDA/SCL first, then applying power to the bq24260…

    The bq24160, bq24260 and bq24195 and related ICs are good choices for charging batteries smartphones and tablets. They integrate some but not all of the TPS2546 USB port controller ICs.
