Can you send me the outputs of the BQ24392 (CHG_AL_N, CHG_DET and SW_OPEN)? It does look like the BQ24392 is doing some sore of battery charging handshake that is impacting USB.

CHG_DET / CHG_AL_N are GPIOs to tell the system controller what is being connected to the USB port. The system needs to decide how to interpret the GPIOs and how much current to draw. The BQ24392 device only provides information to the system…
