Our side performed the evaluation base on the EVM BQ24450EVM-691.
We doesn't built own circuit yet because we encountered above issue while using the EVM.

I would say the functions of UC3906 are same as bq24450. UC3906 is a very old part. bq24450 is a new silicon. Also, bq24450 EVM is avaible.
