Part Number: BQ24753 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: , BQ24735 , BQ24725A , BQ24780S I design a 3 cells Li-Ion battery charger circuits using BQ24753 ,the test result are that the vref pin voltage is 3.3V, but the voltage is always is high of the acdrv…
Part Number: BQ24753 Hi Team,
I am making a power budget for my board and I am using BQ24753 part in it , I am bit confused about how to put the current required for this IC can you please suggest.
this for power estimation. I have attached power budget…
Part Number: BQ24753 Dear,
We are using the below attached circuit in our design. The Ringing noise is observed at TP49 which is about 300mV(Battery charging voltage). after that we try to increase the rise time of the switching circuit so R559 and R568…
Part Number: BQ24753 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24610 Hi team,
We are designing a battery operated device and we are planning to use a battery with 7.4V ,10AH battery .
And we have a requirement that it should be charged within 4 hours , DC Input…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24160 We are operating at 15V and charging a 12.6 volts 3 cell LiIon pack at 160ma.
As voltage of the cells rise, the charging current drops off. I thought this was a CV termination but it starts too early. And you can…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24753 Yellow is Voltage out of L1
Blue is high gate voltage Q4
We are getting very low currents out from the BQ24753 design, and they are dependent on the voltage difference between V+Raw and VPack. This is to be expected…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24705 , BQ24610 , BQ24753 Hi,
I have an application to charge 3 cells Li-Po batteries. For first protos Im looking for BQ24610 or BQ24705 or BQ24753, but the input voltage is from a turbine with up to 24V. The cells charging…
Hi there,
There is a power rating requirement for the resistor depending on the application's cable and hot plugin in. The power rating of a 0805 anti-surge resistor is 50% of the 1206's. You can refer to the calculation on the page 29-31 of the BQ24753…
Hi Daria,
BQ24753A is buck achitecture, BQ25713 is buck boost NVDC architecture. And BQ25713 is also 800kHz /1.2Mhz switching frequency. So efficiency is not as good as BQ24753. Please keep this in mind.
For power management, BQ25713 can meet your requirement…
Thanks for providing the comparison document. However as per the comparison table every changes are implemented properly while migrating from BQ24750 to BQ24753 but still issue does exist.Let me know how we can debug the same?
