    bq24753 "head" voltage requirements

We are operating at 15V and charging a 12.6 volts 3 cell LiIon pack at 160ma. As voltage of the cells rise, the charging current drops off. I thought this was a CV termination but it starts too early. And you can make it go away by raising the voltage...

Bq24753 unable to go into Synchronous operation; no charge pump

Yellow is Voltage out of L1 Blue is high gate voltage Q4 We are getting very low currents out from the BQ24753 design, and they are dependent on the voltage difference between V+Raw and VPack. This is to be expected if the charge pump is not working...

BQ24753A - no end of charging

    • Resolved
Hey guys, I'm currently testing the BQ24753A. While I was charging my LiPo battery (2 cells @ 8.34V, 5000mAh) I noticed that there is no charge cut off when the current is dropping below a certain value. I don't know the exact current limit for my battery but it is recommended as far as I know...
