Part Number: BQ25628 Hello,
Our customer has a question if bq25628 limits the VBUS input current while a load current sink from PMID. Although we know that IINDPM sets the DPM threshold and bq25628 works in DPM if the VBUS input current exceeds IINDPM…
Part Number: BQ25628 Hi, If PMID is not used, should the PMID and PMID_GD pins be OPEN?(I don't use OTG also.)
Could you explain the reason why capacitors are needed on the PMID pin? I found a similar question below that stated capacitors were necessary…

Part Number: BQ25628 Hi expert,
My customer is asking about ILIM and TS value.
Do we support other TS resistor value? Or 10kohm is only and recommend value.
About ILIM value,

Customer provide Iin as 500mA,
And…
Part Number: BQ25628 Hi,
Please tell me about overvoltage / current protection of BQ25628.
・Does IBAT OCP mean IBATFET_OCP ?

Part Number: BQ25628 Hi,
I have a question regarding the I2C interface of the BQ25628.
We are considering connecting the BQ25628 to a host CPU via I2C,
and plan to use the host's power supply (either 1.8V or 3.3V) for the I2C pull-up.
In this…
Part Number: BQ25628 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25618 , Hi,
The BQ25628 is described as without D+/D- USB Detection and the BQ25618 is described as with D+/D- USB Detection. Is this a mistake? Thanks.
Best regards,

Part Number: BQ25628 I try to turn off OTG or BYPASS_OTG mode when BQ25628 works by set EN_OTG=EN_BYPASS_OTG=0, but the output of PMID still exist and less than VBAT 200mV. What cause this phenomenon and how to turn off OTG or BYPASS_OTG mode when BQ25628…
Hi Jendas,
Firstly, there is no need to externally pull QON pin high. It has an internal pullup within the BQ25628 IC. Also nothing stands out as the root cause from the register settings you have provided.
