Hi 松 石,
The recommendation comes from the USB-C PD spec which has these requirements for CC line capacitance. I have not dealt with them myself, but I would assume the CC-line communication may run into signal integrity issues and the message may get…
Part Number: BQ25713 Hi TI Teams,
We have some question about the applicatiion of the BQ25713, did the SYS output voltage can be set to fixed output? We need to set the output of SYS to fixed 4.4V.
If yes, how to set it.
If not, does the output voltage…
Part Number: TPS25750 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25713 , Hi,
We based our device power supply project on the TPS25750D (sink only) + BQ25713. The charger and Power Delivery (PD) are configured using EEPROM memory. At a charging voltage of 4.2V,…
Part Number: BQ25713 Hi
The customer design with BQ25713 of 2 string batteries. The test found that after over-discharge protection, the battery is trickle charged below 6.1V, with a current of 128MA.
It cannot be charged between 6.1V and 6.2V, and there…
Good Afternoon Dave,
We just released the newest TPS25751 GUI, and it includes support for the BQ25713.
USBCPD Application Customization Tool
Kind regards,
Conner Gillette
Part Number: BQ25713 We are working with an application where the default current reading resolution of the BQ25713 is on the low side.
We are using 100mOhm resistors for both sense resistors (RAC/RSR) and scaling the current readings back with factor…
Part Number: TPS25751 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25790 , BQ25713 , BQ25756 , , BQ25792 We learned from the datasheet of TPS25751 that the USBCPD Application Customization Tool only provides integrated control with BQ25756, BQ25790, and BQ25792. We…
Hi Field,

DRP can work when we use this binary, the connected sink device can stay charged.
Could you share the configuration of this bin file?
Thanks.
Best rehards,
Dave
Part Number: BQ25713 Hello.
My load operates at 5V and will draw maximum 5A from the supply.
Is it possible to fix this output using the USB-OTG to supply this power directly to my load, using a single cell 3.7V to supply the chip during the standalone…
Hi Shoo,
Charger will stop charging if you set chargecurrent() to zero. If you have an EVM for this part you can experiment with it to see how it works.
Best Regards,
