Hi Jan,
Since the I2C is managed by TPS25750, I would suggest you re-submit this question using TPS25750. BQ25723 will respond to a successful write. This was verified on a standalone BQ25723EVM.

Hello Akhil,
You can write and read to the device using I2C via a Microcontroller. Please refer to the BQ25723 datasheet for Power Up sequence and which registers to control to customize your application needs.
For prototyping I would recommend using…
Hello Akhil,
VSYS connects directly to the System to sense the voltage for System voltage regulation. Connect it directly to the system with enough capacitance as needed for your application.
You can refer to BQ25723EVM Schematic in the EVM User Guide…
Hi Yusuke-san, I tried it on the EVM but did not see this phenomenon . Unfortunately, your register setting format is a bit confusing and I don't understand. At default setting, as long as "EN_LWPWR bit" is on and no VBUS, I see REGN being off. Both RESET_REG…
Hi Ashlesh, 1. It should continue on its own. I would recommend checking whether any faults occurred using ChargerStatus() register. 2. STAT_AC is valid as long as VBUS is within 3.5-V to 26-V range. If you checked with a multimeter and there is a voltage…
