for phones application, I believe TI BQ25970,BQ25980 can support fast charge, but that's beyond my scope on this application, can you raise a ticket with BQ charger family, so that an expert can support you on that application
Hello,

Hi team:
I have a question about BQ25890 to consult:
When BQ25890 enters shipmode, what is the shutdown leakage current? What are the theoretical value and measured value?
And can I tell my…
In the case of charge monitoring of BQ25890, we perform battery charge control by connecting I2C from raspberry pie. However, after the battery is discharged, a value state of the BQ25980 cannot be read because the pins of the PIN_13, PIN_14, and the…

The BQ25980 is certainly better for me than the BQ24195L. With its fast charge minimum of 64mA Vs the 20% of 512mA (102mA) of the BQ24195L.
The termination is 64mA but I reckon I could disable that and just run a timer on the microprocessor…
Thanks again for your response. I have a couple of further questions to cement my understanding.
Does the BQ25980 adjust charging times for the battery to compensate for the current draw from SYS through BATFET?
I assume also that the voltage seen on…
