I did not find the AFE SC Dsg Cfg 2 parameter in the bq3060 documentation. The latest revision to the TRM on the web is from October 2013. Anyway, this parameter does not apply to the bq3060.

Yea, but the thing is that the battery pack with bq3060 has no pull ups, so I cant remove pull-ups from my board, it must work with the old battery packs too.

We do not have specific FETs to recommend. We have used the PFET on the bq3060 EVM for cell balancing. A FET comparable to this will work for Cell 1 and a comparable NFET will work for Cells 2 - 4.
