    Hi Ben, I don't know how to confirm the issue was the connection sequence. The connection sequence was identified as important for some years, it apparently does not happen every time, but the recommended sequence should be followed.

    bqStudio and bqWizard are not compatible. If the cells aren't included in bqWizard, it's not possible to import the chemistry from bqStudio.
