Please look @ the cap in parallel to the 50Gohm impedance . Most probably the 1MHz is seeing an impedance of 50gohm // cap impedance. Can you redo the calculation with this in mind and let me know if its working well.
Eldho George Do you have the files of our AC evaluation board to be shared here.
Also please note the -3dB mentioned @ 3GHz in the datasheet is the attenuation @ 3GHz compared to that of the attenuation @ DC. At DC as per datasheet the attenuation is…
Hello Jimmy,
We have confirmed that the NC pins are not connected internally; therefore, these pins are electrically isolated from the die.
Kai is correct, they are connected to neighboring pins to ease the layout.
Thank you,
Sima
Part Number: BUF802 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA828 , OPA140 , TINA-TI In the reference designs for the BUF802 in CL mode, there is a RC filter between the output of the precision amplifier and the IN_AUX pin of the BUF802. In the datasheet it is…
Thanks for the clarification Sima.
Understood on the NJFET biasing. That is a shame as we really wanted to use the clamping in the BUF802, but also need to allow full +/-5V input swing without distortion on the capacitive divider. So will look at clamping…
Part Number: BUF802RGTEVM Hi
I would like to know how to connect with Pin 9/13/16.
-Because NC for those pins in datasheet
-They still have connection with VEE or VCC in EVB design.
Please let us know how to connect with pin 9/13/16 for design.
Part Number: BUF802 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BUF602 Hi. I am confused a bit by the PSPICE model for this part; I am attempting to use the model in another SPICE simulation tool and the model appears to not have any definition for 2 pins on the…
Part Number: OPA859 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , , BUF802 Hello,
I am trying to include the OPA859 amplifier into a 3D EM Co-simulation with CST MWS for an integrated antenna and circuit simulation. I am unable to import the TINA-TI SPICE…
