    You might need to have source code of this JH_2538_2592_ZNP_USB_20201010 firmware to debug this issue. If you use Ztool to test this JH_2538_2592_ZNP_USB_20201010 firmware with your CC2538-CC2592EM-RD as coordinator, does it work?
