    The datasheet ( http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cc2544.pdf ) contains the correct information. If you need 125 degrees, look at http://www.ti.com/product/CC2541-Q1 or http://www.ti.com/product/CC2640R2F-Q1
