    Victor, Did you try using the Ti.com switch selction tool? I filtered for 2:1, Vcc >10 V, and Ron <30 ohms and found 2 options. TS12A12511 and CD74HC4066.

    Shashank, You may use the filter and sorting tools on Ti.com switch selection tool to find the lowest cost and smallest size. Please note that the SN74CBT3257 also comes in small QFN package. What do you think about the lowest cost CD74HC4066...
