Part Number: CSD13385F5 how to quickly estimate the switching speed or data rate of a TI MOSFET from its datasheet (TI CSD13385F5)? Can we simply add up all delays to 60nS and say it is about 16.6MHz so it can switch at 10mbps? Thanks. :

Part Number: CSD13385F5 The datasheet of this device does not provide any info about Idss at high temperatures. Is there data available that specifies Idss at 40C or 70C? With a couple of more data points we can do a fit check. Thanks, Narek
