  Brian, Based on your power requirements, the CSD25310Q2 should be fine. As for an N-Channel FET, I woud check out the CSD15571Q2.

  Stephen, Yes unfortunately we only offer unencrypted models to customers with an NDA with TI. I can help you to find an N-Channel equivalent, with either the CSD15571Q2 or CSD17313Q2.
